Incoming Freshman Student Admission Requirements
- If you are an incoming freshman with a 2.75 GPA, you have no minimum ACT or SAT requirement, although you are still required to submit your test scores. If your GPA is between a 2.0 and 2.74, you are required to have an ACT composite score of 21 or better; or an SAT score of 990 or better. If you completed the SAT prior to 2007 you are required to have an SAT score of 970 or better.
- Home schooled students are admissible if they provide documents of study showing a cumulative grade point average of 2.75 or higher and official ACT scores. A minimum composite score of 21 on the ACT is required with grade point averages between 2.0 and 2.74. Home schooled students are strongly encouraged to meet personally with an admission counselor prior to initial enrollment.
- GED holders must score a minimum of 410 on each test and an average of 450 overall and must have a 21 ACT composite score or a 990 SAT score (a 970 SAT score is required if the test was taken prior to 2007). For the older version of the GED test, a score of 45 is required in addition to the ACT or SAT.
